Return Policy

To start a Return or Exchange just visit our return portal by clicking the link below to start a Return or Exchange.

Start a Return

All full-price purchases (excluding the items below as well as all sale items) are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery date.

For hygienic reasons earrings, underwear, socks, headwear, masks, bandanas, potted houseplants, water bottles, and hair accessories cannot be returned/exchanged. Swimwear and pet accessories will be subject to manual review within our returns portal.

All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged. 

Price adjustment refunds on items that have decreased in price are available if you purchased the item up to 7 days prior to the decrease in price. Please contact us for your refund. The difference in price and applicable taxes will be refunded to the original payment method.

We are currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders. We recommend that customers who would like to do an "exchange" should select the store credit option in the return portal.

Returns and Exchanges must arrive back to us in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition. All garments must be returned in their original protective packaging with the original tags and, if applicable, hygienic liners attached. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. Items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded.

At this time, we are only able to provide Return Labels for customers residing in the US. Customers residing outside the US are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels. We recommend that your return package is insured for its value, and that you retain your proof/receipt of shipping from the carrier as Teddy Fresh is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

For US Customers, if you choose to use our Return Label, shipping charges will be stated in the Return Portal and it will be deducted from your overall refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or the return shipping costs with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. We recommend that you retain your proof/receipt of shipping from the carrier.

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed. 

Depending on your payment method, credit card companies may take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days for a refund to post to your bank account. We recommend contacting your credit card company if you feel there is an issue. If you would like to inquire on the status of your return, please provide us with the tracking number and your order number. 

Please allow up to 7 days to be processed for refund from receipt at our facility.

If you would like to make changes to a return or exchange request, please contact support@teddyfresh.com immediately for assistance. Please be advised if you have already received a refund or your exchange order has already shipped, we cannot offer any changes. 

Current average response time is 1 to 3 business days for a response to your inquiry. We are available Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm (PST).

For US Customer we recommend that you retain your proof/receipt of shipping from the carrier. Teddy Fresh is not responsible for lost returns without a shipping receipt.  


International returns are subject to the same Return Policy as our Domestic Returns and can be made through our Returns Portal. At this time, we are unfortunately unable to provide Return Labels for International orders so these returns must be posted back to us at the customer's expense.

We recommend using carriers that issue tracking numbers and that your return package is insured for its value, as Teddy Fresh is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We also advise that you retain your proof/receipt of shipping from the carrier. Any taxes or duties that incur are the responsibility of the sender. 

We are currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders. We recommend that customers who would like to do an "exchange" should select the store credit option in the return portal.

Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable.

 


We are excited to be partnering with Afterpay! Choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. To see if you're eligible, you will need your email, phone number, address, DOB, and debit/credit card handy—that’s it. If approved, you will make your first payment at time of purchase and the balance must be paid over the course of 6 weeks. There are no fees when you pay on time, and late fees are capped at 25% of the purchase price.

Afterpay returns are processed the same as any other return. The amount of your refund depends on how much you have directly paid Afterpay for that specific order.
